Custom Flower Essence Blends
I am currently booking private meetings with individuals to formulate custom flower essence blends. In my practice I refer to a library of over 140 flowers and 30 minerals, which include flower essences & stones from my practice on Fogo Island, as well as the Original Bach Flower Remedies and remedies from the Flower Essence Society.
I view flowers as beautiful companions for the soul. A private flower essence meeting is a unique opportunity to get in touch with what your heart, mind and body seek most right now.
Together in our 45-60 minute session, we will discuss your intentions and goals, and through a process of deep listening I will sensitively attune to your needs and the flowers that may be good friends for you right now. I am a trauma-informed flower essence practitioner trained through the Five Element Theory of Chinese Medicine. I consider each flower's unique energetic gesture, emotional wisdom and capacity for support in dynamic balance with what might be uniquely helpful to you.
A custom formula consists of anywhere between 2 and 12 flowers, with most blends containing around 5-9 key flowers. This enables us to approach an issue from different angles. In a blend, the wisdom of each flower comes together as a synergistic whole in service of your particular intentions and current needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A MEETING:
- I will send you an email with an intake form to fill out prior to our meeting. The intake form includes questions for your reflection and provides me with a sense of your goals and intentions for this work. I will read this before we meet. We will schedule a time and date to meet via Google Meet / Zoom or in person. Or if you’d prefer to receive a formula without doing a one-to-one meeting that’s also an option.
- During our meeting we will spend 45-60 minutes together where I will gather information by listening deeply to details about your current situation. This is a confidential, safe process where I attune to you and your intentions in order to gain a sense of the flowers that may be appropriate to work with. Please note this is not a therapy session, but rather an opportunity to find a combination of flowers that may support you. Many forms of mind and body therapy beyond flower essence work are compatible and encouraged in tandem with this process.
- After the meeting I will take a few days (typically 3-6 days) to create a custom flower essence blend from my library of flower essences, and I will form a personalized plan for you. This will be shipped to you with tracking info (or picked-up/delivered for local clients). Your package will include instructions and related information about working with flower essences.

FOLLOW-UP:
A follow-up is recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial meeting to track your process. This 30-45 minute meeting gives the individual the opportunity to reflect upon the intentions that were initially set and the shifts that may be occurring as a result of working with the remedy over a period of time. As a dynamic process, the follow up also gives us the opportunity to make adjustments to create a new custom formula for further exploration.
Self-selected Custom Blend
If you have worked with flower essences before and you’re interested in creating your own custom blend from the flowers available on Verditer, or any of the Bach Remedies, you may select up to 5 flowers to be combined in a 1 oz (30 ml) dosage bottle. This will be mixed in spring water and preserved with brandy unless otherwise indicated.
Please make sure to list up to 5 flowers you would like in your combination in the notes at check out. I have all 38 Bach Remedies, some FES flowers and those listed here.
